Object Protection:carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, steel phosphide, blued steel, powder metallurgy, oriented and non-oriented silicon steel, aluminum, etc.

Product description: Coat VCI on plain or crepe kraft paper in order to prevent the metal from corrosion, laminate PE film with kraft paper to make it waterproof, print according to customers requirement. VCI paper can be produced meeting standards of QB1319 or JIS Z 1535.

Advantage of VCI materials

Application: VCI paper is widely applied in military, machine, autoparts, electron and hardware industries. Clean and dry metal parts before storage and transportation, then totally cover the each part with VCI paper(the using acreage of VCI paper is almost the same as metal exterior acreage). Or take VCI paper as liner and separating layer to adopt whole packing. If the outer packing is not waterproof, suggest to use VCI paper laminated with PE and seal with adhesive tape.
